Debra L. “Debbie” Peters has been a real estate professional for nearly two decades, serving as the owner of Boone Realty since 2009.

Since purchasing the company in 2009, Debbie has lead Boone Realty to unprecedented growth. As owner, she has quadrupled the professional real estate staff and real estate listings have increased by 750%. In 2019, under Debbie’s leadership, Boone Realty had record sales of nearly 10 million in properties. Debbie is committed to furthering the development of real estate opportunities in Southern West Virginia on a state and local level. She is a member of the Kanawha Valley Board of Realtors. In 2011, Debbie led Boone Realty to be the first Boone County real estate agency to join the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). Debbie is the third sole owner of Boone Realty since its founding in 1956. Debbie is regularly ranked in the “Top 20” Kanawha Valley Board of Realtors (KVBR) for top real-estate sales. As of September 2020, Debbie is currently ranked through the KVBR as #6 in total transactions, which entails most of Southern West Virginia and her total sales for 2020 are exceeding $6 million.

When Debbie isn’t on the phone talking real estate, she is busy in her community. She loves participating in community events and sponsoring local sports leagues. She is a former member of the Wildwood Garden Club and is a former President of the WVU Boone County Parents Club. Boone Realty is regularly a proud supporter of the WVU Boone County Alumni and Friends.

Debbie and her husband of 45+ years, Ray, reside on Route 85 and have two adult children, Whitney Rae and her husband, Jeremy who live in Hendersonville, TN and Zach and his wife, Ciera, also living in Madison. She is a proud Grammy to Jhett Magnolia and Baby Peters - arriving in May 2025!

Nick was hired in September 2013 and works part time for Boone Realty.  He teachers Health and Physical Education at Scott High School and formerly coached basketball for the Scott Skyhawks from 2007-2017.  He holds a bachelors degree in Education and an associates degree in Information Technology.  He uses his IT degree to further advertise his listings and give his customers an edge.  He is available on evenings and weekends.  Nick’s strong connection with the community and public, through athletics and teaching, enhances his ability to provide his clients with the confidence they need when searching for a realtor. 

As of September 2020, Nick is currently ranked through the KVBR as #23 in total transactions, which entails most of Southern West Virginia. Nick is currently working on preparing for his Broker’s license.

Vicki Adkins has been a realtor for Boone Realty since 2010. Prior to her career with Boone Realty, she worked for Jada Realty and Century 21 and she also owned and operated a beauty salon for 43 years. She is also a member of the Kanawha Valley Board of Realtors and the Kanawha Valley MLS. She can be available at anytime for calls or appointments. She resides in Lincoln County and specializes in that area but can show any home in the region. She has always loved working with the public and it is her goal to always be honest, fair and answer all questions in a timely manner.

Vicki is a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. She has 4 children, 10 grandchildren, and 2 great grandchildren. She is equally as dedicated to her work as a realtor and will make every effort to help her clients buy or sell their home.
