Boone Land & Realty was founded by Dennie Lee Hill and Jim Cooke in 1956 to serve the citizens of Boone County, West Virginia and their real estate and business transactions.

The agency was later purchased by Mark & Sherry Sumpter in 2001 and Debbie Peters in 2009. The name of the agency was shortened to Boone Realty in 2012.

Boone Realty is a real estate leader in the Southern West Virginia region when it comes to our integrity, facility, innovation, service, compensation, client satisfaction, and financial strength. We respect and coincide the mortgage, title, construction, inspection, legal, and other related industries that contribute to our success.
